Professionalism is the code of conduct in which students live by in the workforce. Professionalism encompasses all ethics, manners, morals, and codes our society has placed in the workforce for all to follow. However, with each generation that enters the workforce, new various alterations and new aspects of professionalism emerge. This is why it is vital to ones’ success to continuously educate themselves in the realm of professionalism.

Rightly said.
“Work Ethics”, “Rules of Conduct”, “Moral Values” are some other labels one can put on it.
Many times, however, it would be totally dependent on the culture and the environment where it would be applied.
